The C# programmers were severely stuck while using the Visual Studio though there the C++ Builder was already there. Borland wanted to maintain and keep it, but as we know it was very tough to compete with the competitors on the same platform. Delphi was then for the Linux and the desktop tool of programming for the working system that was used chiefly as the host and nothing else. About its poor value contents, even the loyal complained, and at the same time, Borland gave rise to its new development which was the power to Java and the unfortunate Kylix job. The market products can be prosperous and so was Delphi and it steamed merrily along until its version 7.2. Those who fond Delphi and got a hold on it were very satisfied and adored it at the same time a lot of them didn't do so. Then, it was seen that the C++ coders were being hardened and muttered something and the managers felt very safe using the Visual Basics.

The rule was simple, the user had to use the Visual Component Library which allowed and gave permission for a native code compiler and it was already ready in the line with the programming. They might have had a development or a code that was faster, quicker but not both at the same time. For getting ahead with the Delphi, the user had to compromise. Back then in the year 1995, Borland had introduced the Visual Basic killer which was a wonder and was named Delphi. There is a great character in the Borland, that it still holds tricks in its sleeves. In the year that Microsoft condemned the Borland and brought the Visual C++ out, the IDE was tremendous then, and it was tremendous back then and possessed a stage that gave a lot of benefits to the Microsoft C++ in order to compete. Rewinding to 1992 the Borland has now sewn up the developments of the Windows along with the compiler of the Turbo C++3.1, the other being the Windows IDE of the Microsoft and last but not least, the Microsoft Foundation Classes that are complicated DOS IDE and are called the Programmer's Workbench and no one uses this particular type.

The famous Borland studio includes in it the C++ Builder 2006 along with the Delphi 2006 and the C# Builder 2006. The Borland Studio 2006 has been known as an integrated Development Environment product that was launched from the Borland Software Corporation.
